From day one, Rachel and Wayne made us feel like family. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, and breakfast options, including a large cooked meal, were exceptional. They checked in on us regularly, providing valuable local advice and even helping with our itinerary.

Only minor issue was the slow hot water pressure in the bathroom sink, which was hardly a setback during an otherwise wonderful stay.

The hosts were exceptional, they really made our stay feel personal! One morning when I was struggling to wake up, Rachel made me a special breakfast to get me going, it was out of this world.

Had an amazing three nights in a clean, comfy room with excellent shower facilities and tea making options. Relaxing in the lovely garden and utilizing the cozy TV lounge was a real treat after a day out. Just a heads-up, the area is a bit quiet but there are buses nearby, making it easy to get around. 😊

I stayed here with my dad and family for 3 nights and was completely blown away by the hosts' warmth! They helped us plan a family day at South Lakes Safari Zoo, which was a blast! The room was incredibly clean and cozy.

The location was perfect, quiet but close enough for a quick taxi ride. Breakfast was freshly made with plenty of options. Owners were super nice and helpful, definitely felt at home.

Just a prime choice for a day tour in Barrow-in-Furness with great value for the money. The check-in experience was smooth, and the staff was very accommodating, making it easy for us to settle in quickly. Pro tip, there are several bus stops right outside, making getting around town super easy.
